blue eyes

I've only ever really needed one pair of glasses but lately I've been toying around with the idea of building up a collection, just because. I usually stick to black or tortoiseshell frames but when Firmoo gave me the chance to pick out new glasses I decided to branch out. These baby blue frames instantly caught my eye. I used to be hesitant about purchasing glasses online but once I knew the ins and outs of my prescription it was all pretty straightforward. I'm pretty familiar with what frames suit my face, and chose a classic wayfarer shape, but if you're hesitant Firmoo have a virtual try-on system to help you with the process. I also compared the measurements on the site with frames I have at home. I received my glasses pretty quickly and they were exactly as described. The prescription was spot on. They're a most welcome addition to my growing collection of glasses. If you're on the lookout for new glasses Firmoo have a First Pair Free program, where first time customers can claim a free set of glasses. I also have five $25 vouchers up for grabs for Firmoo's Classic Series, so if you want one just email me and I'll pass along the voucher code. First in best dressed etc.

Also, any other bloggers wishing to collaborate with Firmoo can find out how to do so via this link. Please note that I don't make any money from these posts but I did receive these glasses for free to review.

  1. These are awesome! So funky. I hardly wear my glasses so I can't justify getting another pair, haha.

    1. My optometrist actually told me to try and wear them as little as possible (apart from the important things like driving at night), which was weird hearing but news to my ears since I'm always prone to forgetting about them haha

  2. I have such a huge problem with frames for glasses and sunnies. I think I need to go down to kids sizes, because I have such a small head (well I'm really small period). Very frustrating!

    1. I have the opposite problem, I have a huge head! Anything too small makes it look huger hahah

  3. They look lovely on you. I'd go for that shape or a rounder vibe.

    1. Thanks Matt. I love the look of rounder frames too (although not too round for fear of being too Harry Potter-esque haha).

    1. I think that's why I chose the colour - I don't think I've seen anything quite like them before around these traps.

  6. Lovely! That color is so pretty. I only have one pair of glasses-- just your typical tortoiseshell frames. I love the idea of building up a collection, though.

    1. My main go-to pair are dark black/brown but I love changing things up with my yellow tortoiseshell frames and now these blue ones.
